Day 1: Home / Punta Cana Dominican Republic

Arrive in Punta Cana one of the worlds most picturesque airports. VIP Greeting and Customs Processing, private Transportation to your villa for check-in. Take a short guided tour of the resort facilities.

Tonight join us for a Welcome Dinner and party, meet your staff and other guests.

Day 2: Punta Cana / Experts & Investment Tour

Gourmet Breakfast and Meeting with the experts who will share with you the do's and don'ts of investing and living in the Dominican Republic. Knowledgeable lawyers, developers, realtors, and expatriates will explain how to start a business, apply for residency, take advantage of tax laws, asset protection and offshore banking. Join us for lunch and take a tour of the investment opportunities this incredible property has to offer.

Day 3: Punta Cana / Plan Your Day

Gourmet Breakfast, Plan Your Day the way you want. Sit on the beach, go to the spa, relax, golf, enjoy the facilities the property has to offer, go on Safari, deep sea fishing, scuba diving, whatever you want. Including helicopter tours of the property.

Day 4: Punta Cana / Saona Is. / La Romana

Gourmet Breakfast Time to explore the Dominican Republic. Travel by luxury coach with First Class service to the fishing village of Bayahibe where you will board a catamaran and sail to the island of Saona for a day on the beach. Visit La Romana where the big cruise ships dock. Then we enjoy the hospitality at the villas at Casa de Campo.

Day 5: La Romana / Santo Domingo

Gourmet Breakfast and Meet with the experts to learn about the investment opportunities the nations capital has to offer. Take a short ride along the Caribbean coast and explore the first city in the "New World" and the capital of the Dominican Republic. Tour the Colonial Zone, see some great properties while your bags are being delivered to the hotel. Includes lunch and a city tour.

This evening join us for an Investor Cocktail Party, Gourmet Dinner and show. The Night Life is yours to enjoy.

Day 6: Santo Domingo / Santiago / Puerto Plata

Gourmet Breakfast The day starts with a scenic charter flight around the island. See the unique diversity the Dominican Republic has the offer from towering mountains to tropical rain forests, salt water lakes, extraordinary beaches & desert. We land in Santiago and have lunch at a mountain retreat with panoramic views of the lush Cibao valley. After lunch we have a short drive to Casa Colonial on the Playa Dorada beach and a tour of great villas on the north coast.

Day 7: Puerto Plata

Gourmet Breakfast Plan your day. Sit on the beach, visit Ocean World (included), go wind surfing, take our shuttle to neighboring beaches and towns, relax, golf, enjoy the facilities, take an excursion or tour the investment opportunities.

This evening join us for dinner and the Bravissomo Show, a Las Vegas style spectacular. After the show, visit the Casino before catching the shuttle back to your hotel

Day 8: Puerto Plata / Samana

 Gourmet Breakfast Meet with local experts over breakfast and learn about the investment opportunities on the peninsula. Travel along the coastal highway, to the uniquely lush Samaná Peninsula which was voted as one of the best locations in the world by Condé Naste Traveler magazine. Check in to your hotel then Plan Your Day. Sit on the beach, visit towering waterfalls, go white water rafting, whale watching (in season), relax, tour investment opportunities.

Day 9: Samana / Bavaro/Punta Cana

Enjoy a morning sail from Samana to the incredible "mystery property". Champaign Gourmet Brunch on Board. If you would rather not sail, we will be glad to arrange a helicopter or alternate transportation to take you to the property. Tour the property where owners can choose from a truly diverse selection of luxury residences, condominiums, and villas. While you relax, your luggage will be delivered to your room.

Day 10: Bavaro/Punta Cana

Gourmet Breakfast Plan Your Day – Relax at your hotel, visit the spa, take an excursion (see the list), go deep sea fishing or revisit the properties for your investment.

Gourmet buffet Breakfast at your leisure.Take your flight home or we can arrange a number of exciting extensions to your visit.
